The Little Websites Model
You are in China. Some one leaves you in a car and asks you to drive all the way from Shanghai to Beijing. You don't know the way. You don't know the language to read the signs. How long would it take you to reach Beijing successfully?
Now what if someone comes and gives you a map of the entire route - giving specific instructions in English? How easy would it be to make your way to Beijing?
Most people fail making decent amount of money online because they don't have a good "map." They try this-and-that, spend frustating hours on making a website, and quit when they've made a lousy 20 bucks in 3 months.
That's why, before getting into the nitty gritty of things, here is the map you can use to succeed online.

Making Money with little websites MAP
Alright, I'm not a graphic person - so you shouldn't expect some flashy cool image on this website, ok? Let me make this map clearer by laying out the steps:
-
Create a website with a form on it. Ask people for their email addresses and start sending them a series of mails that builds trust and follows up to make sales
-
As soon as people subscribe to that newsletter, take them to a "one-time-only" page and give them a special offer to buy a product. If that product sells well, continue with the site. Or else drop the market and move on.
-
Create and find more related products and sell them to the subscribers through the newsletter
-
Promote your newsletter. Don't even think of promoting the products that make you money. Promote the newsletter and let the newsletter promote your other products.
Further on... you'll find information on how to make the website with auto response newsletters, find products and promote the website - all this and a little bit more on other little Hotsheets on this website. I've categorized the map into two sections: Production and Marketing.

We'll first tackle production and then marketing. But before reading on, make sure you press "CTRL + D" together and bookmark this page so that you'll have easy access to the rest of the Hotsheets.
